A community blend from Asopap and Asotbilbao both located in South Tolima. This is another fantastic Certified Organic lot from exporter Lohas Beans, a fellow B-Corp company. Through their model, 950 coffee families are currently receiving an average of 35% more income from the sale of their coffee resulting from the certification premiums.
Among Lohas Beans partner growers, you will find Indigenous groups, rural organizations and large scale independent plantations. The varieties and cup profiles change depending on the area, but predominantly a mild cup with medium to low acidity, floral and sweet notes, influenced by the Caribbean winds and abundance of water in this stunning mountain range.

Asopap is a group of specialty small scale coffee producers, located in Planadas, South Tolima. Its members are farmers committed to quality coffee and organic standards.

Asotbilbao was founded in October 2010, originally by 35 members who graduated from SENA – Colombias’ Higher Education National Service. They wanted to serve as a bridge between the Governmental institutions and coffee producers, to enhance coffee quality and productivity. Currently, they have 38 active members from different areas of Bilbao, Municipality of Planadas in South Tolima. They pride themselves on their organizational skills, their high cup scores and their Organic and Fair Trade certifications.
