Returns Policy

Gear & Merchandise

We accept returns for regular priced gear and merchandise for refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Original receipts must be presented and items must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on gear and merchandise that has been used, damaged, or without original packaging. Returns must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense (or brought to our cafe at 50 Wade Avenue). We are not responsible for uninsured shipments that may get lost in transit. We encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Once we have received your return with the original receipt and in the original packaging, we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your return has been approved. Once approved, your refund will be issued with the original method of payment. Please note, credit card refunds may take up to 3-5 business days. Subscription Orders

Once a subscription order has been confirmed, it is not eligible for a refund or cancellation. If you need to make changes to your subscription order, please do so before your next order confirmation.
