Foundry - a homage to the building that we are located in, that was home to a rolled metal shop for nearly a century before we set up our coffee roastery in 2013.

A breakfast blend roasted in the same style as our single-origin coffees. Sourced seasonally from the freshest harvests, and blended for consistent balance, sweetness, and flavour year-round.

Tasting Notes: Stone Fruit + Milk Chocolate + Vanilla

• 24 grams medium-ground coffee
• 384ml hot water
• 2:30-3:00 minutes
• 15g water : 1g coffee
