The Discovery Session is a shorter, lower-commitment introduction — ideal if you're still deciding whether to buy a Breville, or just want a feel for the machines before going deeper. The full Breville Masterclass runs 3 hours and goes much further: milk steaming, latte art, grinder dialling, cleaning, and more. Many students do the Discovery Session first and book the Masterclass shortly after.
Do I need to own a Breville machine to attend?

Not at all. This session is designed equally for people considering a purchase and those who already own a machine. If you're shopping, it's a great way to try before you buy. If you already own one, it's a great way to make sure you're getting the most out of it.
Can I purchase a machine at the session?

Breville machines are available for purchase online at www.propellercoffee.com. Our baristas can answer questions and help you decide which model is the right fit before you buy.
Is any prior coffee knowledge required?

None at all. This session starts from the very beginning and is designed to be approachable for anyone — whether you've never touched an espresso machine or you've just been guessing your way through it at home.
