Discover how coffee cherries are processed and roasted. We will learn how roasting profiles are developed and the impact this has in your final brew

Art of Extraction
Learn the crucial variables (grind size, dose, tamping) needed to consistently pull delicious, balanced espresso

Percolation Brewing (Hario V60)
Learn how to nail a perfect pour over coffee. We will discuss blooming, agitation, and precise pouring techniques to highlight the flavours in the bean

Immersion Brewing (French Press, Aeropress)
Understand the different brewing methods using a French Press & Aeropress, learn brewing recipes to maximize the body & clarity in your cup
